ALDI Reaches Another Milestone in Trentino-Alto Adige: New Store Opening in Bolzano

ALDI, part of the ALDI SÜD Group, a global leader in grocery retail, is set to open a new store in Bolzano at Via Vicenza 25, in the heart of the San Quirino district, on 7 November.

The store will be open from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Sundays from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Certified as energy class A4, the store is the result of a major renovation and systems upgrade of an existing commercial property. It is also conveniently located near Bolzano’s historic center, easily accessible by bus.

Covering 944 m², the new store features a concept designed to meet modern consumer needs, offering a streamlined shopping experience with a compact yet comprehensive product range. The store layout is effectively and intuitively organized, allowing customers to fill their baskets with ease, making shopping fast and simple.

To celebrate the grand opening, ALDI is offering special discounted items along with weekly promotions to invite residents to explore the quality, freshness, and value of its products.

An ally to Italian families, ALDI’s “PREZZO ALDI” is a guarantee of quality Italian-made products at fair prices, reflected in a carefully curated selection of around 130 varieties of fruits and vegetables and 30 brands. The focus on local production is strong, with about 80% of its food products sourced from close partnerships with distinguished Italian agricultural producers.

The new Bolzano location strengthens ALDI’s presence in Northern Italy, bringing the total number of stores in Trentino-Alto Adige to 12. The opening has created 9 new job opportunities, raising the total number of employees in the region to 71. With this addition, ALDI now operates 187 stores in Italy, employing 3,648 people, as it continues its Northern expansion, boosting the local economy and job market.
