Speaking to reporters today, Gibson highlighted the companies’ successful collaboration during the Christmas trading period, despite a recent payment dispute that raised concerns about the alliance’s stability.
Gibson praised M&S for its high-quality product range and emphasised that the partnership remains integral to Ocado’s strategy. “We are committed to delivering exceptional service and products to our customers,” she said, adding that plans are underway to expand the product selection further in 2025.
The remarks come as Ocado faces increased competition in the online grocery market, with rivals investing heavily in their digital capabilities.
