Following a successful pilot, Fetch announces a new partnership with PIM Brands, Inc., makers of Welch’s® Fruit Snacks.

Fetch, America’s top rewards app and consumer engagement platform, announced a partnership with PIM Brands, Inc., the manufacturer of Welch’s® Fruit Snacks.

Following a successful pilot with Fetch, the full partnership will allow PIM Brands to gain insights into real-time customer purchasing behaviors and connect with consumers of its Welch’s® Fruit Snacks, Welch’s® Juicefuls®, and Welch’s® Fruit n’ YogurtTM Snacks by activating and engaging shoppers via Fetch.

During the initial six-month engagement, the Fetch platform assisted PIM Brands in connecting with new customers, resulting in a rise in new Welch’s Juicefuls® Juicy Fruit Snacks buyers as well as higher repeat purchases among these new Welch’s® Fruit Snacks buyers. PIM Brands also saw a large rise in home penetration and expenditure per household, indicating a strengthening of ties with current consumers.

“Through its innovative and unique approach to the consumer experience and their interactions with brands, Fetch has helped PIM Brands gain novel insights and reach new consumers across our Welch’s® Fruit Snacks portfolio in a relatively short period,” said Josh Shapiro, Chief Marketing Officer, PIM Brands, Inc. “We are excited to extend our formal collaboration with Fetch in order to enhance our digital presence and provide customers with the tailored incentives they desire.”

This latest collaboration strengthens Fetch’s vast network of the nation’s largest consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retailer, and restaurant brands, allowing customers to be rewarded for every purchase they make. PIM Brands rewards people for purchasing Welch’s® Fruit Snacks goods in any shop and develops customized offers immediately on Fetch to stimulate targeted consumer behavior.
