Waitrose Launches New Seasonal Range

  • Yotam Ottolenghi is launching an exclusive range at Waitrose allowing customers to bring Ottolenghi’s famous flavours into their own kitchens.
  • From aromatic spice mixes, the perfect pasta sauce and a sensational shawarma marinade, the range marks a milestone moment as Ottolenghi’s first venture onto supermarket shelves.
  • The full range will be available in Waitrose shops, Waitrose.com and Ottolenghi.co.uk, and a selection of products will be shoppable via Waitrose on Deliveroo and UberEats. 

Waitrose customers will be in for a treat as the supermarket launches an exclusive range of Ottolenghi products in shops and online from 29th April.  

In line with Waitrose, the Ottolenghi group pride themselves on offering the highest quality and delicious tasting products and dishes, and in a supermarket first for the Ottolenghi brand, the range that has been created by chef, Yotam Ottolenghi and his Test Kitchen team, will include a brilliant pasta sauce, a harissa paste and blended herbs and spices. 

Searches on Waitrose.com for our Middle Eastern recipes page are up 203% compared to last year, so we know that our food loving customers are looking for flavours of the Middle East to add to their at-home menus. This new range has been created with customer convenience in mind, allowing them to create the taste of the Ottolenghi kitchen at ease within their own homes, no matter if they’re looking for a quick and easy pasta or a delicious marinade to impress guests.

While our customers don’t always have the time to create a meal from scratch, these products are designed to enable anyone to bring all that deliciousness to their meals with the simple addition of a sauce, marinade or spice mix. 

“I’ve already been eyeing up the Miso Pesto and will be adding it to my next shop in readiness for a delicious, yet super quick and easy weeknight dinner.”

To mark the launch, the range will be on an introductory 20% off offer from the 29th April-18th June.
