Change of management at the United States location of the Frostkrone Food Group

Since May 2022, James D’Agosta has been the new CEO of Rite Stuff Foods Inc. (Frostkrone USA). He succeeds John MacArthur who had been in charge of business operations since the Frostkrone Food Group took over in 2018. With the arrival of James D’Agosta at the helm, the Company Group has succeeded in recruiting an experienced manager who is extremely well versed in the foodstuff markets of North America, Asia and Australia.

Moreover, the new Managing Director has already set definite targets for the coming years: Rite Stuff Foods will continue to grow and significantly extend its position way beyond the North American market. “The growth potential of Rite Stuff Foods is enormous. We find ourselves in the extraordinary position of being able to offer our customers and the consumers true innovations, which are of amazingly high quality, which taste good and which are easy to prepare. And with a strong team at my side, I look forward to unleashing the full potential of our company,” explains James D’Agosta confidently.

Previously James D’Agosta had been with Marcal Manufacturing LLC for four years and also ten years with Ventura Foods, most recently as their Senior Vice President, International Business. Such experience means that he knows and understands the foodstuff market from a variety of perspectives.

“James D’Agosta is a very seasoned executive who looks ahead, thinks ahead and then acts with tremendous foresight. He drives forward processes effectively and he really masters the art of motivating teams. We are convinced that together we will achieve our set aims, strengthen our position and extend our market radius. James D’Agosta is a huge asset for the Frostkrone Food Group,” reaffirms Frédéric Dervieux, CEO of the Frostkrone Food Group most emphatically.

Rite Stuff Foods is part of the Frostkrone Food Group

In 2019 Rite Stuff Food Inc. joined the ranks of the Frostkrone Food Group. Last year saw the company putting a new finger food production line into operation where now, amongst other snacks, the Frostkrone bestseller, Mozzarella Sticks, and also the Cream Cheese Jalapeños are prepared together with a selection of other plant-based, tasty delights. The resulting variety of products added to their repertoire is being well received by customers from the trade and the food service sector. But what is more, for a long time now, Rite Stuff Foods Inc. has been well known for its popular and versatile potato snacks, which are made exclusively from original Idaho® potatoes. These products have enjoyed huge popularity in the USA for years.

James D’Agosta values most highly the fact that Rite Stuff Foods Inc. now belongs to the Frostkrone Food Group: “We operate and collaborate in teams set up along international lines and we constantly exchange ideas, information and experience. The result is that we enjoy a global view of our entire development and are then able to exploit such findings and insights in order to drive our innovations forward and fulfil customer wishes and needs.”
