Beautiful young woman doing online shopping at home

Slovakia : Kaufland online marketplace launches on 15 February

Customers will find a seamless connection between the two worlds from February 15 at Kaufland.sk, which will offer a wide selection of goods from the categories of electronics, housing, kitchen, DYI, garden, fashion and sports or supplies for DIY or children.

“Kaufland online marketplace connects the reputation and values of the Kaufland brand with the world of online shopping. Customers can look forward to many more products from various categories such as housing, electronics or hobby, which they can simply order via the Kaufland.sk portal and have delivered to their home. Together with retailers, we will gradually expand the offer in the coming period to provide even more choice on our marketplace,” says Paul Pauls, CEO of Kaufland Slovakia.

Kaufland.sk makes sure that the project operates on the principle of a real marketplace. That is why the chain actively cooperates with retailers who sell their own branded goods on the online platform. In addition to the price and product information, the interested party will also find clearly displayed information about the specific seller for each offered item. On the online marketplace Kaufland.sk it is possible to pay by credit card or PayPal account. The customer then receives the goods delivered directly from the seller and can contact Kaufland’s customer service if they have any questions regarding the product or the order itself. The customer is contacted via a hotline or a contact form.
