Morrisons is to launch Eurostar Commodities Gluten Free Chapati Flour in stores as part of its Diwali celebrations. The flour will go on sale from 19th September in the Medium Brown variety in 1.5kg bags. The product has a strong following and is produced in Eurostar’s state-of-art clean label factory in Yorkshire.
Eurostar Commodities Gluten Free Chapati Flour has been developed to produce outstanding results. Eurostar’s technical development team provide specialist flours for all kinds of baking and cooking. The product is already widely available across the UK in independent and ethnic supermarkets and wholesalers. The chapati flour can be used in a variety of recipes has been developed with enhanced texture and flexible to produce outstanding results.
