Valencia, Spain – Zumex, the global leader in fruit and vegetable juicing technologies, announces a key partnership with Columna Capital to accelerate its international growth and increase penetration in key markets. Columna will become the first institutional investor and majority shareholder of Zumex and will work alongside the existing founder, Mr Victor Bertolín.
Mr Victor Bertolín will remain fully involved in the day-to-day business, ensuring entrepreneurial and management continuity in this new phase of the Company’s development.
Zumex’s leading industry position is driven by its core product innovation and development. The Company’s premium solutions allow its customers to address the growing consumer demand for natural and fresh products. Their recent launch of the Zitrux machine, the world’s first self-cleaning, IoT-enabled juicing station, represents an additional milestone in Zumex product ingenuity and engineering excellence.
