NEW YORK, NY. (Aug. 17, 2021) – Emerald Holding, Inc. and Comexposium announced they will join forces in a strategic partnership to launch SIAL America in Las Vegas. Comexposium, one of the world’s leading event organizers and owner of the established and successful SIAL brand, will unite with Emerald, a leader in providing market-driven, business-to-business platforms that integrate live events with a broad array of media, to produce and stage what is expected to be the first large-scale, generalist food show focused on supporting the US $1.5 trillion Food and Beverage market.

Las Vegas was selected as the first U.S. market for the 50-year old show due to its appeal as a top trade show destination, having been named the number trade show destination in North America for 26 consecutive years by Trade Show News Network.

SIAL America is planned to launch at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) March 22 – 24, 2022, and will be co-located with Emerald’s International Pizza Expo and International Artisan Bakery Expo. The LVCC has had a longtime partnership with Emerald, regularly hosting approximately ten shows each year including International Pizza ExpoASD Market WeekLas Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, and the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show.
