Marks & Spencer Named Official Travel Kit Partner of Atlassian Williams Racing

Marks & Spencer has signed a multi-year agreement with Atlassian Williams Racing, becoming the Formula 1 team’s Official Travel Kit Partner as it prepares to compete across 24 races in 21 countries during the 2026 season.

The partnership unites two established British names with a shared focus on performance, innovation and design excellence. Under the agreement, M&S will provide the Williams team with a contemporary travel wardrobe created to balance style, comfort and technical performance.

Team leadership, drivers and engineers will be equipped with tailored formalwear options engineered in advanced fabrics offering wrinkle resistance, moisture control, four-way stretch and water-repellent properties — ensuring the team presents a sharp, consistent image throughout a demanding global calendar.

As Formula 1 continues its rapid international expansion, the collaboration also strengthens M&S’s visibility beyond its core markets. The retailer now operates in more than 70 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the United States and Australia. Its Autograph menswear range has seen notable growth, with the performance-focused collection expanding significantly in recent years.

The partnership will be marked by a series of moments across the season, including major activations at Silverstone, behind-the-scenes content and fan engagement initiatives designed to bring supporters closer to the team. Global sports agency Octagon played a key role in facilitating the agreement.

Mitch Hughes, Menswear Director at M&S, said the collaboration reflects a mutual commitment to quality and innovation, noting that modern wardrobes must combine refined aesthetics with technical functionality. He added that seeing the Williams team wear M&S on the global stage will underline the precision and performance built into the Autograph Performance range.

Luke Timmins, Merchandise and Licensing Director at Atlassian Williams Racing, emphasised the importance of travel kit in shaping the team’s global presence. “With 24 races, multiple testing sessions and hundreds of travelling team members, travel kit is central to how we present ourselves around the world. We are proud to work with M&S to create a kit that helps our team to look and feel their very best,” he said.

The agreement positions both brands at the intersection of sport, style and international growth as the 2026 Formula 1 season approaches.
