BIOFACH INDIA and FRUIT LOGISTICA Connect India to be Co-located in Mumbai in May 2028
Mumbai, India, September 1, 2026 – Messe Berlin and NürnbergMesse today announced a strategic partnership that will bring together FRUIT LOGISTICA, the world’s leading trade show for the global fresh produce industry, and BIOFACH, the world’s leading exhibition network for organic food, in Mumbai.
FRUIT LOGISTICA Connect India, a new exhibition format under the globally recognized FRUIT LOGISTICA brand, will debut alongsideBIOFACH INDIA.
Taking place from May 25–27, 2028, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, the co-located events will create a stronger business platform for India’s fresh produce and organic food industries while allowing each exhibition to retain its distinct identity, positioning and market focus.

The collaboration combines the international networks and industry expertise of two of Germany’s leading exhibition organizers. By co-locating BIOFACH INDIA and FRUIT LOGISTICA Connect India, the partners will give exhibitors and buyers access to complementary business communities and broader commercial networks. The collaboration also reflects their long-term commitment to the development and internationalization of India’s fresh produce and organic food industries.
As part of the global BIOFACH exhibition network, BIOFACH INDIA has established itself as one of the country’s leading trade fairs for the organic industry. BIOFACH INDIA marks the next phase of the brand’s growth strategy, extending its presence to one of India’s most important commercial and food trading hubs.
FRUIT LOGISTICA Connect India brings the FRUIT LOGISTICA brand to India, creating a dedicated business platform for the country’s fresh fruit and vegetable industry. The exhibition will connect growers, exporters, importers, wholesalers, retailers, logistics providers, technology companies and solution providers from across the fresh produce value chain.
The co-location reflects growing synergies between the fresh produce and organic food sectors, particularly in sustainable production, international trade, supply chains, logistics, retail, innovation and technology.
